Vincent R. Molinari 

Mr. Molinari is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Access Holding Company. He is responsible for Global Access Holding's strategic planning and business initiatives, including corporate alliances and strategic partnerships, as well as directing the company's overall marketing and distribution strategy. Mr. Molinari also oversees major technology initiatives and product enhancements.  In addition, Mr. Molinari founded and currently acts as Chief Executive for Cold Springs Advisors LLC an investment services provider with extensive offerings in brokerage and trading, investment management, capital introduction, and research capacities.

Before founding Global Access Holdings, Mr. Molinari was the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Burlington Capital Markets LLC, a financial services company, specializing in institutional execution services and investment banking activities. In addition to investment banking activities, Mr. Molinari has broad experience as an entrepreneur, founding Inculab, a technology business incubator, and Voluto Ventures, a venture capital concern. Mr. Molinari began his career at Lehman Brothers Inc., and he has held senior management positions at Janney Montgomery Scott Inc., and Ridgewood Capital, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, technology, and capital formation transactions. During this time, Mr. Molinari spear-headed the acquisition of Hemisphere Capital Corporation, a New York broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, and managed its turnaround and profitable sale.

Additionally Mr. Molinari has funded and served as Associate and Executive Director of several independent films and a television series.  Mr. Molinari holds a B.B.A. in International Business from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

James O'Reilly 

Mr. O’Reilly is the Chief Operating Officer of Global Access Holding Company and a founding partner. He is responsible for all business development, product development, sales and marketing functions, as well as the day to day operations of the company, including all financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, accounting and human resources.

Before joining Global Access Holdings, Mr. O’Reilly held a senior management position at Sanford Bernstein and Company, where he directed the firm’s institutional equities trading activities and was responsible for their electronic trading business. Mr. O’Reilly began his career at Charles Schwab and Company where he held a number of positions before becoming a Senior Manager in the equities trading division, responsible for all intraday risk.  In this role, he played an active part in the development of the firm’s electronic trading platforms and technology.

Mr. O’Reilly holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Management from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

 Christopher Kreusser

Chris Kreusser is a Managing Director of Global Access Holdings responsible for the global sales, business development and client relationship management for the GAH offering suite.  In addition to his role in this capacity, he is responsible for managing GAH’s positioning as a value-added reseller of the transaction products and services of GAH’s strategic partners.  Mr. Kreusser has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and technology industry. 

Before joining Global Access Holdings, Mr. Kreusser was vice president of sales at Lava Trading Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CITI Capital Markets, responsible for the sales and strategy implementation pertaining to Lava’s electronic trading & order management system product suite.  Prior to Lava, Mr. Kreusser held several sales and service management positions in the financial services and technology sector; including the creation of a sales and service team for Qwest Communications focused specifically on the financial services marketplace, Institutional equity sales with Gruntal & Co., and The Vanguard Group.

Mr. Kreusser’s community service includes his current position as a trustee of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Memorial Endowment Trust.  He received a B.A. in Economics with a Business Management minor from Rollins College.  He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.

Bruce Paterson

Bruce Paterson is integrally involved in world-wide institutional sales and marketing for Global Access Holdings. Mr. Paterson brings a wealth of Wall Street experience, as he consistently rose up the ranks of such firms as Oppenheimer Management, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers throughout his career beginning in 1969.

Mr. Paterson started at Morgan Stanley as a Sales Trader and was rewarded for excellent performance with a series of promotions, eventually leading him to the position Managing Director in 1989. While Managing Director, he doubled business in his first year in charge of NASDAQ trading and sales, and he transformed the division into a major industry player. While at Lehman, Mr. Patterson again excelled as Senior Vice President of Listed Sales, later New York Head of Listed Sales, and then National Head of Listed Sales in the span of just 3 years. While, Mr. Paterson was there, he succeeded in turning around a struggling Listed Department and making it more profitable and self sustaining for the first time in five years. By 1998, the Listed Department was the largest revenue producer, producing more than $250 million.

Mr. Paterson has devoted much of his time to The James E. Olson Foundation for Colon Cancer Research. He founded the organization in 1990 and has been an active member since then, and founded the annual James E. Olson Memorial Classic Pro-Am.
